We finally arrived in Kenya and the airport was like a herd of cattle ready for milking traveling through a sauna to get to the barn. We met Methoga and friends at the airport and took a crazy left-side-of-the-road drive that consisted of at least five turn-a-bouts and four security gates. I was glad I was not going to be driving in Kenya.
After checking into our room and an intro meeting we went to the restaurant and everyone ate chicken, fries and fruit. The food was good but bland compared to what you get in America. None-the-less I loved it after a long day of flying. After eating we all went straight to bed under our mosquito nets.
